What happens in the First session?
In this session I get a chance to get acquainted with you and together we decide which is the best approach or treatment for you as an individual. The number of sessions varies according to the individual needs and the issues which arise until my client feels confident that they no longer need the support of therapy.
How long will my session last?
Your session will normally last 50 minutes.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Your psychotherapy session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge within 48 hours of your appointment (office hours only) otherwise you are charged for a missed appointment. However should you encounter difficulty re-arranging an appointment, please call as there is some flexibility around this. Please see my cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of you having a difficulty keeping your scheduled appointment there is some flexibility given adequate notification. I can sometimes change your slot to a more suitable time. I always do my best to accommodate my clients family/work life balance around their appointment times as far as is possible. Your scheduled appointment may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time ( office hours only) . Otherwise you will be charged for a missed appointment.
